Happenstance Concert Poster Series

In this project, I worked with several other graphic design and marketing students to help promote a concert series that we we hosting at our school for "happenstanceisfalling". Me and two other Graphic Design majors were responsible for making each of the main posters individually for each of the three concerts. To make these consistent, we established a format that all of the posters would fall into, then added our own style that matched the bands featured in each of the shows. This show in particular featured grungy alternative bands, so I attempted to match this with the design of the poster. The comp of the poster was made using illustrator, while the photo and final poster were edited and texturized in photoshop. The original guitar photo was taken by Parker Coffman and sourced through Unsplash. The other two posters were for the following fall and spring respectively.
